Aggregation Distilling’s goal is to bring together the history, mystique and nostalgia of distilled spirits with the best the Nature Coast has to offer. Our distilling is based on the principles of authenticity, purity, and quality. Aggregation Distilling will distill our premium and ultra-premium spirits on-site incorporating the pure spring water flowing beneath the Distillery to Crystal River’s First Magnitude springs. We are a small group of Citrus County families and friends who care deeply about what we leave behind: the legacy it creates for our children, our communities, and the generations to come. We are not a large corporation, or a faceless organization, rather we are ‘doers’ and achievers who work hard to leave this world a little better each day we are in it. ADC will source from Florida farmers and growers to the greatest extent possible to create our spirits. Our focus will be on distilling whiskey, rum, gin and arancello (and having some fun while we are doing it!). On April 6th 2024, we are opening Phase 0 of the Distillery and tap room and we look forward to welcoming you when we all Come Together.
